Biography

Vanessa Marie Rose is a social media and community leader with 18 years experience bridging music, brand, community, and culture. She built her foundation in artist hospitality and production at Canadian festivals like NXNE and CMW, before leading social and marketing for artists like Simple Plan and Our Lady Peace at Coalition Music, earning the inaugural CIMA Marketing Award.

After founding her agency Reach and delivering award-winning campaigns, from LA Times Studio at TIFF to a Hellmann’s x Animal Crossing collaboration that took home the Strategy Award with Ogilvy, she was handpicked to help build Loblaw Companies’ Social Media Centre of Excellence from the ground up. There she led community strategy across brands like no name, Shoppers Drug Mart, and President’s Choice, and for iconic Canadian launches of brands like Ariana Grande’s r.e.m. beauty and Haley’s about-face beauty, where music fandom and brand met at scale.

Today, Vanessa brings that same cross-cultural fluency to Central Station Toronto, the creative agency behind Nike, Dior, and Canada Goose, while continuing to show up as a thought leader, speaker, and advocate for artists and festivals worldwide.
