Biography

tays is an upcoming musical talent from Northern Netherlands. Throughout his life, tays has lived all over the Netherlands, developing many sources of inspiration. He not only produces his own beats, but also provides the vocals himself, ranging from a distinctive, mellow sound to raw, old-school rap. His creative expression, particularly heard on his debut EP ‘kwestie van tays’, does not adhere to one specific genre.

In 2022, tays followed a talent development program at Noordstaat to optimize his musical performance. The result was on display in December at Podium Noordstaat. In early 2023, tays performed at Q-Factory Amsterdam, where he was able to share his talent with the rest of the country for the first time.
