Biography
NAZ is a London-based singer-songwriter recognised for her powerful vocals and contemporary R&B sound. Influenced by artists including Ariana Grande, Kehlani, RAYE, and Michael Jackson, she blends emotional depth with refined musicality. Born and raised in South-East London with Persian heritage, she was selected for the PRS Foundation–supported 360RNB Grassroots Project, showcasing original music internationally at New Skool Rules Festival in Rotterdam. A confident live performer from a young age, NAZ regularly performed to large audiences at Crystal Palace National Sports Centre, a venue with a capacity of over 15,000. Her work has received BBC 1Xtra support, and she has been co-signed by renowned vocal coach Stevie Mackey following a live performance. In 2024, her single Can We Go Back charted on the UK iTunes R&B/Soul chart, marking a key milestone in her career.
