Biography

Luciano Winter is one of the Dutch urban music pioneers. The young entrepreneur started his record company called Rotterdam Airlines in 2009. 13 years later, the label is a household name within the Dutch music industry and the starting point of Winter’s further ambitions.In addition to his daily work for Rotterdam Airlines, he started Stormi Capital in 2021. A full service and distribution company for independent artists and labels. As a one-stop-shop, the new venture offers support, network, coaching, administration, marketing and out-of-the-box ideas for new and established names. Winter wants to inspire, evolve, surprise and break boundaries with his work.
