Biography

Luciano Winter is a 29-year-old entrepreneur and pioneer in the Dutch music industry. In 2009, he founded Rotterdam Airlines, a record company that has become a leading name in the Dutch music scene. In 2021, Winter started Stormi Capital, a full-service distribution company for independent artists and labels. Winter is dedicated to inspiring and evolving the industry, and breaking boundaries through his work. In addition to his successful career in the music industry, Winter is also a former professional kickboxer.
