Biography

Ekaterina Bazhanova is an international music industry professional with over 15 years of experience in artist management, live entertainment, and global music business development.
She is currently the artist manager behind projects such as Dimash Qudaibergen and IVA, overseeing their international strategy, partnerships, and career development. Ekaterina is also the co-owner of White Noise Events, an international event agency based in Barcelona specializing in concerts, international tours, and events of all scales around the world.
Alongside her industry work, Ekaterina is the Music Business Mindset & Entrepreneurship Programmes Director at IMB School, where she helps shape the next generation of music industry professionals by combining real-world industry experience with education.
Earlier in her career, she founded MDR, a music company that grew from an artist management boutique into a multi-service music business working across areas such as distribution, licensing, and event production, with offices in Moscow, Barcelona, and Dubai.
Ekaterina is a frequent speaker at leading international music conferences including BIME, Mastering Music Business, Tallinn Music Week, Live At Heart, Newskool Rules, and Westway Lab, where she shares insights on artist development, international markets, and the evolving music business landscape.
