Dev Tejwani is a 17-year music industry veteran, marketing operator, and culture strategist who has worked across grassroots artist communities, producer marketplaces, major artist ecosystems, and global music markets.
His experience spans TeamBackPack, official CMO roles at BeatStars and Beatclub, work with Mass Appeal/Nas, Timbaland, and international artist-market development. He has worked across the world, including launching in India, where he has spent significant time on the ground connecting with artists, operators, and industry leaders. His current platform, Beyond Crossover, focuses on helping artists and music companies turn cultural momentum into durable market movement.
