Biography

Shivam is Head of Music at T-Series, one of the world’s largest music labels and the most-subscribed YouTube channel globally over 311M subscribers. Based in Mumbai, he oversees content creation, artist development, film music acquisition, and broadcast and TV publishing across India’s most commercially significant music markets – Bollywood, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada.

At T-Series, Shivam manages a full-stack music operation: sourcing and acquiring film music from marquee productions, developing emerging artists through structured label programs, and building the company’s publishing footprint across offline and television channels. His work sits at the intersection of catalog strategy, creative development, and commercial deal-making in one of the world’s most prolific music industries.

He brings a data-driven approach to acquisition and artist strategy, with a particular interest in regional language music as a long-term cultural and commercial opportunity and in how India’s vast catalog can connect with global audiences.
