Biography

Ciska van Beek is active in the cultural sector in the fields of fundraising, relationship management, education, and strategic consulting. As Development Coordinator at de Doelen, she is responsible for developing strategies for public and private fundraising, corporate and individual donor circles, and legacy giving.

Under the company name Citi Works, she works on fundraising, project financing consultancy, and communication with funds for music and film festivals, cultural institutions, film producers, and creators across all disciplines. For many years, she also taught modules, lectures, and seminars on financing in the cultural sector for the Arts and Economics program at HKU University of the Arts Utrecht.
