Biography
Josephine Atie is an International A&R Manager at LVRN, with a track record that spans some of the biggest names and labels in the game. From Disturbing London (2018) to Sony Music Publishing (2020–23), and most recently Warner Music (2023–24), she’s been behind the scenes signing stars like Sarkodie, Lojay, and Lekaa Beats. Her A&R credits include work with heavy-hitters like Guilty Beatz, TxC, SadBoi, Seyi Vibez, Omah Lay, Mojam, Cian Ducrot, Grades, Danny Ocean, THISIZLONDON, Clean Bandit, Labrinth, Saint Harison, Tom Mann, Two Inch Punch, Daecolm, Rymez, Duke and many more.
With 90+ international global writing camps under her belt, Josephine has bridged creative talent across Africa, Europe, the U.S., and the U.K. She’s masterminded global writing camps including Sony Music Publishing West Africa’s first-ever Ghana Camp, the Ludacris West Africa Camp, BlueSky France Camp, and Stockholm’s BeatStarz Camp.
Outside her corporate roles, she created a consultancy company called PILOT WRLD, which specialises in consulting for artists and labels, administrating publishing, talent management, organisation of writing camps, building the bridge between records and artist branding. She continues to shape the sound of tomorrow through hands-on work and talent management with talents like Seyi Vibez, Muyeez, Boose & Josh Keating.
Now, Josephine is setting her sights even further with LVRN, expanding globally with the artists and producers she champions, and continuing to connect the dots across genres and borders to shape the next wave of global music. She A&R’d TxC’s hit records “Nakupenda” & “Welele” last year featuring Davido, Zlatan & Mavo. She was also a part of making the records “Richer” – J Hus & Seyi Vibez as well as “My Healer” – Seyi Vibez & Omah Lay.
