Tissa Rahim (US)

Biography

Tissa Rahim, the Persian Powerhouse, is a West Coast musician with a 40-city North American tour under her belt. Winner of “Best RnB/Soul Recording of the Year” at the YYC music awards 2023, Tissa infuses her RnB/Soul sound with traditional Persian music, singing in both English and Farsi with a band or solo, accompanying herself on electric guitar. In 2023 she performed in London on MBC Persia, amassing 250k YouTube views, and in Tallinn, Estonia. Recently, Tissa was selected for the TD Music Artist in Residence at MacEwan Program in Edmonton, Alberta. Tissa now resides in Los Angeles.
