Biography

Ray has been active in the international music scene for over 30 years. He was one of the founders of BBC Radio 1Xtra and is a multi award winning producer of radio shows. As well as media, he also runs a worldwide Tour and Event management company, which has the likes of Glastonbury, Damian Marley, Shaggy, Angie Stone and more among its clients.

Ray also runs a Caribbean music record label, BrukOut, and writes articles for industry press outlets.
